Parent Involvement in Classrooms:

We would like to remind you that you are always welcome to visit your child’s classroom at any time during our hours of operation.

We value open communication and believe that family involvement is an important part of your child’s experience. Whether you would like to observe, participate in an activity, or simply check in, our doors are always open to you.

If you plan to stay for an extended visit or would like to participate in a classroom activity, we kindly ask that you coordinate with your child’s teacher or the office in advance so we can ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone.

Thank you for being an important part of our program and for trusting us with your child’s care and education.

 

Director's Note on Closings: 

Please note the decision for closings comes with my contemplation. We take great pride in our staff here at Smart Stuff. In order to retain our staff we do need to allow them days off to rest and recharge, as working with children can be overwhelming at times. We also want to allow them to have holidays with their families, as in the child care industry we operate year round. The other factor is being family owned and operated. We do maintenance during these closings. We also do professional development and other trainings for our staff, which is paid for by Smart Stuff Learning Center. Professional development, trainings, CPR and First Aid, repainting, deep cleaning, floors waxed, and much more are all expenses we see very important for the growth and knowledge here at Smart Stuff Learning Center. These days off are used very much to improve the quality of the care each child receives at Smart Stuff. We appreciate your business and would not be here without you!
